Download and print the Vendor application, and either email trailsendfestival@gmail.com or mail to us at PO Box 611 Millinocket, ME your completed application. We can accept payment over the phone via debit/credit card if you submit your application electronically. We will contact you to remit payment once your application is submitted. Be sure to leave your phone number on your application if submitted electronically. To be eligible for the Early Bird Special, your application MUST be postmarked no later than July 31st, 2024, otherwise, we will ask for additional funds to confirm your application for your desired plot size

Come be a part of the festival! Sell your products, promote your mission, or run a fun game for kids! If you would like to have a booth at the festival, download and send in our vendor application with payment and supporting document via mail to the address provided on the form. Please note vendors must provide their own pop up tents. The festival will not provide any accommodations other than the physical space for vending on festival grounds, unless contacted and agreed to prior to the start of the festival.
*Early Bird Special: Those submitting a general vendor application before August 1st, will be given the early bird rate of $50 per 10’ x 10’ plot. Registrations received on or after that date, will be given the regular rate of $75 per 10’ x 10’ plot.

No sales or promotion of food items will be allowed if registered under a general registration. If you are a Non-Profit that is providing FREE non-food goods or services, please indicate under your vendor description, and provide 501(c)(3) verification (or alike) and we will waive the costs associated with the application. We hope you understand that distribution of food items outside of a Trails End Festival sponsored event or Food vendor registration is strictly prohibited unless prior approval is obtained from the board of directors.
It is required that if you have registered as a food vendor, you must obtain a Victualer’s License from the Town of Millinocket at your expense before this application is submitted. Please direct inquiries for cost and process in obtaining a license from the Town of Millinocket at townclerk@millinocket.org. These licenses require Town Council approval, which meets twice a month. Food vendors will not be allowed to sell product at Veteran’s Memorial Park without this prior approval. Attach a copy of the approved license to the application before submission.
There are five stations available for 220V power at Veteran’s Memorial Park, and will be distributed to vendors based on time of registration and availability. We will work with you upon registration to let you know what current options are available. 110V power is available at no cost in several areas throughout the park.
