Rubber Duck Race / No Duck Left Behind Paddle

This annual rubber duck race starts at the Central St. bridge. Ducks will be dropped into Millinocket Stream and race to Kermit Crandall Park. Prizes for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and last place are up for grabs! Adopt your duck for the race on Friday or Saturday in Veteran’s Memorial Park!

Be sure to join in on the fun and retrieve runaway ducks! Our No Duck Left Behind Paddle will happen after the race is called to do a sweep of the stream for any stragglers. Kayaks and PFDs are provided by our friends at Katahdin Outfitters, thank you!
