All Trails Lead To Katahdin Parade

Lineup starts at 9:30 AM next to Stearns High School. From Stearns the parade will travel down Penobscot Avenue to Veteran’s Memorial Park. All are welcome to participate — ATVs, Side by sides, jeeps, hikers, artists, bikes, kids, pups! Tow your sleds, kayaks, and canoes, and let’s celebrate our trails! Participate with your 4 legged friends in the new Mutt Strutt this year! All dogs - licensed and leashed - will join in the back of the parade.

University of Maine Woodsmen Team

This competition level performance brought to you by School of Forest Resources Woodsmen Team, is a high energy event you do not want to miss! Axe throwing, log chopping, and chainsaw demonstrations are just some of what will be offered. Check them out at the top of Veteran’s Memorial Park.

Rubber Duck Race

Starts at the Central St. bridge. Ducks will be dropped into Millinocket Stream and race to Kermit Crandall Park. Prizes for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and last place are up for grabs! Adopt your duck for the race on Friday or Saturday in Veteran’s Memorial Park!
